Project Manager in the Handyman Division

With over 20 years of construction experience and more than a decade with BACK Construction, he brings hands-on knowledge and steady leadership to every project he manages. As Project Manager, he oversees residential remodeling projects from planning through completion, helping ensure quality work, clear communication, and a positive client experience.

His career with BACK Construction began in the field as a Carpenter before advancing into a Working Supervisor role and later Project Management. That background gives him a practical understanding of both craftsmanship and jobsite coordination, helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. He is active in his faith and church community at Jessamine Christian Church and enjoys supporting his children in sports and spending time with family.

Jeremy Kelley, a proud Kentucky native, brings a unique blend of business acumen and creative insight to our team. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, where he not only honed his strategic thinking but also explored his artistic side through courses in art and design. Jeremy’s passion for exceptional design and skilled craftsmanship drives him to support and elevate those around him, ensuring they thrive in their roles.

For the past 20 years, Jeremy has shared his life with his amazing wife, raising four wonderful children together. Outside of work, he finds joy in quality family time, casting a line on the water, and cheering on the Wildcats. His dedication to both his professional pursuits and personal passions makes him a valued and inspiring member of our team.
