Meet Eric Reynolds

ERIC REynolds

Project Manager in the Handyman Division

With 30 years of hands-on experience in construction and construction management, I take pride in rolling up my sleeves and getting the job done right. Whether it’s a simple repair or a full-scale remodel, I thrive on the challenge of taking a project from concept to completion—and making sure the customer is thrilled with the result.

I grew up in Vermont and after college, jumped straight into the construction world. Spent nearly a decade running crews in Virginia, building houses and handling remodels, before moving back to Vermont. There, I worked as COO and Construction Manager for an affordable housing company, overseeing major projects for nine years. In 2016, I made the move to Kentucky, where family roots run deep, and joined BACK Construction as a carpenter. By 2017, I was promoted to Project Manager, where I’ve been leading projects with a focus on craftsmanship and integrity ever since.

I live in Nicholasville with my wife of 30 years. We’ve got three boys—Tyler, a retired Army vet, Evan, a University of Kentucky police officer, and Ian, an honor student about to graduate high school. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the gym, out hiking, or hunting—anything that keeps me active.
