BACK Construction is a full-service Design Build remodeling company serving Fayette County and the surrounding counties. Before we can ensure the high standards of our quality services for our five divisions, Architecture & Design, Remodeling, Handyman, Window & Doors and Roofing we first have to build a team of reliable and dedicated professionals. Every BACK Construction employee is an ambassador of our core values and is devoted to ensuring customer satisfaction.

We currently have five divisions to serve our clients: Architecture & Design, Remodeling, Windows & Doors, Handyman, and Roofing.

Roofer
Roofer will work with shingles, flashing, and membrane roofing on residential projects.
Full time with benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401K matching.

Lead Man / Working Supervisor / Carpenter
Work to include rough framing, interior trim, exterior trim, siding, remodeling on residential projects.
Full time with benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401K matching.

Handyman – Drywall and Paint
Work to include drywall and paint on smaller size residential projects, patches, baths and kitchens and some light carpentry items.

Project Manager
A Project Manager organizes, plans, schedules, and administers residential projects with input from the Sales Professionals, Design Team, Supervisors and Leadership.

Sales Professional
Our design build process and consultation sales process is as much our product as the exceptional craftsmanship and execution of the construction.

Architect
Work to include structural and interior designs for residential projects based on client needs in Chief Architect as well as facilitating the client selections process.

Work to include structural and interior designs for residential projects based on client needs in Chief Architect as well as facilitating the client selections process.

Estimator works with our residential general remodeling and handyman division sales professionals and designers to quantify projects.

They removed some hardy board siding that had been exposed to lots of water and was rotten...Took old out, replaced with new, primed, caulked and painted all in one morning. Schon Holman was magnificent. He knew what he was doing, came dressed suiting the quality of work I expected, did a thorough, perfect job, left site immaculate and was professional in his conversation and demeanor. Back Construction helped turn my rental property from the ugliest house on the street to one of the best-looking by designing and building a super-custom open gable porch roof to replace an outdated awning. I couldn't speak more fondly on my experience with Back Construction. We had the columns on our front porch repaired and we are extremely pleased with the workmanship. Schon Holman and Tom Gebhart were very professional.The Home was built in the 1800s and with the original columns still standing, the team took extra care in the repair and their preservation. They also were able to lift the porch and level out the roof which seemed like quite a task. Im very happy with the outcome.
