We first met with Jonathan Leber who is the Project Developer and explained what we had in mind who in turn introduced us to our team that would be working with us. We met Christine Apple-Schmidt (interior designer) who helped with picking out countertops and tile for the backsplash that my wife and I actually agreed on! Next we met Schon Holman (Project Manager) and Tim Phillips (Carpenter and Drywall) who made everything work and look great! They laid down floor protection and made sure that everything was clean during and after they were finished for the day! Of course with any remodeling projects you’re going to hit speed bumps but Schon and Tim figured it out and made it work! We are so happy and satisfied with how it turned out! BACK Construction did an excellent job in the original shower door installation a couple years ago. And when a small leak occurred recently, they promptly came back to repair the problem. Sean was very thorough and conscientious in figuring out how the leak was happening. He was responsive, arrived on time, was personable and easy to work with. The house we bought was old, actually quite old, and was in need of not only a specialized update but one done by a company with employees who are not only highly skilled but able to display an understanding of what the customer wants. They also repaired our front door and installed new railings in the attic. They were very professional, kept me informed every step of the work and used top grade materials. They carefully matched the paint color. They also cleaned up all the mess that is typical with these repairs.
