As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving challenges, we want you to know that BACK Construction is here for you.

The safety of our clients and team members has always been our top priority. We are following all CDC recommended precautions and best practices at our offices and jobsites. The majority of our office is working remotely from home and are able to have virtual meetings with team members, vendors, clients and potential clients alike.

We have worked with many out of state homeowners over the years so using technology to complete construction projects is nothing new for us. If anything, it has allowed us to shine in a time where social distancing is recommended.

Our field crews are practicing social distancing and we have enacted enhanced cleaning protocols on the job sites. On the majority of our midsize and larger projects we are able to separate and plastic off the work area from the rest of the house and continue working. For our smaller handyman projects we are able to get in and get out efficiently using the CDC recommended best practices for cleaning and while there we are practicing social distancing with our clients.

Specifically, here is what we are doing now with our different divisions:

Architecture & Design Division – Many folks are contacting us now for either a virtual meeting or a social distancing onsite meeting to review options for potential projects. Often times we will enter into a design agreement as a first step prior to the construction agreement. We are able to present design options virtually.

General Remodeling Division – We are still working on projects however doing so with adjusted schedules to have fewer workers on the site than usual and practicing social distancing coupled with enhanced cleaning protocols.

Roofing Division – Since this is exterior work only, we are able to complete roofing projects with very little change except that we practice all CDC recommended precautions and best practices.

Window and Doors Division – We are still working on projects however doing so with adjusted schedules to have fewer workers on the site than usual and practicing social distancing coupled with enhanced cleaning protocols.

Handyman Division – We are still working on projects however doing so with adjusted schedules to have fewer workers on the site than usual and practicing social distancing coupled with enhanced cleaning protocols.

In summary we are working very diligently to follow all CDC recommended precautions and best practices at our offices and jobsites while continuing to provide our customers with the remodeling services they need whether it be Architecture and Design, Additions and Remodels, Roofing, Windows and Doors or Handyman. We are working with our existing clients and potential future clients to custom craft a solution per project in order to keep everyone well and safe.

What we want our customers to know. Know that we are here for you no matter what size project you have and that now is a good time to start exploring options when it comes to their home remodeling needs. We have found that many clients find themselves working from home and have discovered remodeling projects they would like to undertake. Enjoy Peace of Mind

They removed some hardy board siding that had been exposed to lots of water and was rotten...Took old out, replaced with new, primed, caulked and painted all in one morning. Schon Holman was magnificent. I couldn't speak more fondly on my experience with Back Construction. We had the columns on our front porch repaired and we are extremely pleased with the workmanship. Schon Holman and Tom Gebhart were very professional.The Home was built in the 1800s and with the original columns still standing, the team took extra care in the repair and their preservation.
